WHERE WILL MY NOENE® SOLES BE SHIPPED?

Insoles purchased by Thursday February 13th at 11:59PM EST. are eligible for free shipping to LAZYMAS in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

WHAT IS CARNIVAL RETURN POLICY?

You're covered by Noene's 100% Money Back "Happy Feet" Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the unused insoles in its original packaging within 30 days, and we'll refund the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping and Noene return shipping label fee). Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

You have 30 days to return any new and unused RED SOLE NO2+ from the date of purchase.

All returns require an RMA authorization from us, which you can request at our contact page. Please ship returns, including RMA form, to:
