If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the insoles in its original packaging within 30 days, and we'll refund the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping and Noene return shipping label fee). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You have 30 days to return any item (UNDERSOLE SOS1, MULTISOLE NO2, RED SOLE NO2+) from the date of purchase.
All returns require an RMA authorization from us, which you can request at our contact page. Please ship returns, including RMA form, to:

Any returns received without the RMA form will not be accepted. Items returned must be in like new condition.
You can shop with confidence this holiday season! Any holiday gift you purchase November 18th until December 31st at 11:59pm ET can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, (less the cost of shipping and return shipping label fee) until 1/31/20, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different size. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 5 business days that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card within 5 business days. It may take up to 30 days for you to receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies. Any discounts or special offers (including free shipping) applied to your original purchase will be deduced from your refund.

We warranty products sold by us (UNDERSOLE SOS1, MULTISOLE NO2, RED SOLE NO2+) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, with no warranty expressed or implied towards fitness for any specific purpose other than as an insole.
This warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or abuse of the product, use in an application other than that as an insole, or physical damage caused by perforation, cutting, exposure to solvents, sunlight, UV light and/or other physical abuse of the product.
Noene America will choose to replace or refund, at our discretion, any item found to be covered by our warranty.
To file a claim on your warranty you can contact us through our contact form at contact page or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may require proof of the defect in the form of images of the product or a physical return and inspection of the product.
