WHAT ARE NOENE® SOLES?

NOENE® products are high-tech insoles, manufactured using a revolutionary material, which is capable of absorbing and then dispersing up to 92% of the shockwaves generated when we walk or jump. By using them regularly when practicing sports, in your everyday life and at work, these insoles offer protective properties for your joints and body.

WHAT IS THE NOENE® SOLE MATERIAL MADE OF?

NOENE®  is a type of rubber, which, thanks to its internal structure and special composition, has particular characteristics that make it very different from traditional elastomers.

The main property of the NOENE® material is its viscoelasticity, which makes it an excellent shock absorber.

ITS VISCOELASTICITY AND CAPACITY TO ABSORB SHOCKS ALLOW IT TO ABSORB AND THEN DISPERSE ENERGY.

NOENE® was created for sectors of the heavy industry that needed to reduce the wear and tear caused by the vibrations from heavy machinery. It is also used in some racing cars, high-speed trains and even in the Milan underground system, to absorb vibrations that could damage the structure of the “Duomo di Milano”.

• If you are an Elite Athlete
• If you want to maintain the FIT and FEEL of your current footwear, AND have a removable insole
• If you have custom orthotics that leave minimal room in your shoe

HOW DO I USE THE NOENE® MULTISOLE NO2 INSOLE?

1. Remove your existing insole or orthotic from your shoe.
2. Test the size of your existing insole or orthotic against the MultiSole NO2. Draw around your existing insole or orthotic onto the MultiSole NO2. You may use the template for assistance.
3. Cut the MultiSole NO2 following the outline.
4. Place the MultiSole NO2 under or on top of your existing insole or orthotic with the NOENE® logo facing up and re-insert them back into your shoe. If you wear a custom orthotic it is best to place the MultiSole NO2 under the orthotic

NOTE: Your Noene® MULTISOLE NO2 should be replaced once a year or at first sign of wear.

WHAT KIND OF FOOTWEAR CAN THE NOENE® MULTISOLE NO2 INSOLE BE WORN WITH?

NOENE® MULTISOLE NO2 are very thin (2mm), lightweight and durable, and they are designed to adapt perfectly to all kinds of shoes with or without removable existing insoles and orthotics. They are so thin you won’t notice any change in your balance and allow you to take your body to new limits.

HOW DO I USE THE NOENE® REDSOLE NO2+ INSOLE?

1. Remove your existing insole from your shoe.
2. Place the REDSOLE NO2+ in your footwear with the  NOENE® logo facing up. You may trim the toe of the REDSOLE NO2+ to create your perfect fit.

WHAT KIND OF FOOTWEAR CAN THE NOENE® REDSOLE NO2+ INSOLE BE WORN WITH?

NOENE® REDSOLE NO2+ are 4mm thin and are suitable for everyday use with sports shoes, everyday shoes and/or work shoes that have a REMOVEABLE Insole. They are designed to replace your existing insole. NOENE® REDSOLE NO2+ are so comfortable, they can make old shoes feel new.  They protect your joints from shock and allow you to take your body to new limits.

Boots and Closed-in shoes without removable insoles:

• The Red Sole can be worn if your boot or closed-in shoe has enough room to wear with very thick gym socks.
• Heel height is no taller than 3 inches.
• Red Sole must be trimmed to wear with pointy toe boots or closed-in shoes.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

All orders are subject to a 2-3 business day processing time prior to shipping. Products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. We will continue to work to provide the high standard of customer service you have grown to expect.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All in-stock items will be shipped once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. If an item you ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately advise you when to expect delivery.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions and discounts expire as indicated in the promotional offer or when available quantities have been exhausted, whichever is sooner. Discount codes are not combinable. Noene America reserves the right to discontinue the discount code at any time.
